Condominiums - all of the luxuries of modern living without the yard work. If that sounds like your cup of tea and your interested in living on Austin’s blossoming 78723 zip code, your home hunt will show a few options right now. The first is the Greenway Loft development at Mueller, Austin. The second are at Danbury Square, less than a mile North, and close to the up-and-coming Nomad bar. The luxury condo is a relatively new idea in 78723, with only 6 units selling in the last two years.

The lower priced units are likely to be reserved as affordable housing - for residents earning less than 80% of the city’s median income. Floorplans are available at greenwaylofts.com. The builder is taking reservations now, and will be writing contracts this week.
