Standard Pacific Mueller AirportStandard Pacific have seven homes that are ready for move in now at the Mueller Development. There are five versions for the Duren plan and two for the Andrews plan.

The good news for buyers is that the list prices for their inventory homes have recently been dropped, some by up to $30,000. List prices range between $462,495 and $522,990 for a 3053 to 3140sqft 2 story home with 5 bedrooms.

Several of these homes are in the Multiple Listing System, and there are more to chose from on the Standard Pacific Mueller Quick Move-In page.

When showing the inventory homes to clients, sometimes they have asked the difference between the Andrews and the Duren. Here’s a quick run-down:

  • both have an optional 1 bedroom carriage house above the garage
  • both have 4 bedrooms in the main home and can have the second level gameroom enclosed to make a 5th bedroom
  • the entry foyer is slighytly different between the Duren and Andrews
  • the fireplace in the Duren living room is on the front of the house, in the Andrews it is on the side
  • there is a slight size difference of around 87sqft between the plans in phase I

Both plans have a large open kitchen dining living room area which I’ve seen put to good use for entertaining and hosting parties. The carriage house efficiency units can be rented out and some of the homes are on a corner lot which makes for a larger than average yard in Mueller. All inventory homes are Energy Star Compliant and were awarded 3 star green in the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
